Celebrating its sixth year, the Pig Out festival offers a perfect way to herald the coming of the summer season in Oliver Osoyoos Wine Country. On Saturday  May 6th, held at Covert Farms, the annual vineyard pig roast, which brings together chefs from several local restaurants, including Platinum Bench Bakery,  Watermark Beach Resort, Miradoro at Tinhorn Creek Vineyards and Covert Farms.

Partners include Salmon Safe, Pacific Salmon Foundation, Watermark Beach Resort, Tinhorn Creek Vineyards, Miradoro Restaurant,  and the Okanagan Nation Alliance.

Join farm Chef Campbell Kearns for a tour of some of the 60 organic crops grown at the farm, including our vineyards.

The tour will culminate with a multi-course alfresco dinner inspired by what we grow and paired with Covert Farms Family Estate wines.  Listen as proprietors Gene & Shelly Covert talk about growing and making organic wines in desert terroir of the Okanagan Valley. Tickets are limited for this intimate and immersive culinary experience.
